Medisys History

  • Inception of Medical Systems and Devices in Delhi with our first product named MEDISYS multipurpose miniature ventilator System 1, one of the first indigenous ventilator in India

    Indigiously Made Ventilator1974

  • Developed System 2, an Emergency Resuscitation Kit (ERK)

    Pioneering Emergency Resuscitation Solutions1976

  • Incorporated Premier Medical Systems and Devices Pvt. Ltd. and developed system 5D (a compressor)

  • Piyush Gupta

    Piyush Gupta is a Chartered Accountant having professional experience of more than 5 years. Having worked closely with industries like automotive, aviation, manufacturing and advertising, Piyush has gained extensive knowledge while advising domestic and multi national corporates. With hands on experience of running a manufacturing industry, Piyush is now leading Medisys with his young and dynamic mindset along with a vision to build Medisys into a global healthcare name.

  • Amit Aggarwal

    Amit Aggarwal is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of professional experience in the Real Estate and Entertainment sector specializing in Financial Management. Amit’s expertise in the banking and financial industry is exemplary, having previously worked with various prominent organizations including PVR, Gaursons, and Saviour Group as a senior management professional and helped the organizations grow by managing their financial requirements.

  • Rakesh Verma

    Rakesh Verma is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT Roorkee with an immense professional experience over 40 years with a number of reputed Indian and Multi-national corporates. He is also a certified Enterprise Risk management professional. During his outstanding carrier, he has been associated with Engineers India Limited (EIL), Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Adventz (erstwhile KK Birla group) of India and Hyundai, Samsung and Daewoo groups of South Korea besides others. He has functioned as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) with Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) India and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with Simon India.
